Overview

The CTB Jimny Turbo Package transforms the performance of the Suzuki Jimny’s 1.5L engine, delivering the power and torque the chassis has always deserved.

Developed as a complete package, the upgrade combines turbocharging, improved charge-air cooling, supporting intake and exhaust components, and a CTB-developed ECU calibration. The result is a significant improvement in low and mid-range torque, acceleration and everyday drivability, while retaining the character and versatility of the Jimny.

Each vehicle is professionally installed, dyno tuned and tested by CTB, with LVV Certification included.

Components

Turbocharger System
Complete turbocharger installation with supporting manifold, oil and coolant systems and associated hardware.

Front-Mount Intercooler
Upgraded charge-air cooling system with intercooler and high-flow charge piping.

High-Flow Intake System
Improved intake system designed to support the increased airflow requirements of the turbocharged engine.

High-Flow Exhaust Components
Upgraded turbo exhaust section designed to reduce restriction and support increased performance.

Supporting Engine Hardware
Required hoses, fittings, ignition components and supporting hardware for a complete installation.

CTB ECU Calibration & Dyno Tuning
CTB-developed calibration with individual dyno testing and tuning to optimise power delivery, torque and drivability.

LVV Certification
Installation completed with the required LVV Certification for New Zealand road use.
CTB custom-made driveshaft safety hoops, manufactured and installed to meet LVV certification requirements.

Engine Oil & Filter Service
New engine oil and oil filter fitted as part of the turbo package installation.
