The team at Forced Induction Interchillers (FII) has been researching and developing ways to minimize heat soak & increase supercharger efficiency since the very first LSA's hit the Australian markets.

Make no mistake about it. Although there are multiple manufacturers of spacers, the FII Kit has been tried, tested and proven to be the highest quality kit on the market.

The LSA engine has a few major design flaws which become quite evident the second we start modifying these things. Luckily the LSA platform has a strong foundation & these flaws are easily overcome when combining the correct products and technology.

LSA Heat Soak:

Due to the LSA supercharger sitting quite low it is essentially hard up on the valley plate itself. Despite being an upwards discharge the LSA supercharger still suffers in the IAT2 region as the heat still rises through the unit significantly increasing blower temps.
The Solution? The FII Blower Spacer Plates raise the entire supercharger itself off the heads and when paired with the thermal reduction blanket the heat is significantly decreased as it is able to disburse through the valley beneath the blanket.

The FII LSA Spacer Kit has been tried & tested by not the FII team only in-house but also many independent workshops who have all seen a significant drop in intake air temperatures which offers a huge reliability gain allowing your engine to make more horsepower and run a lot cooler!
